Warrington Housing Association has boosted its commitment to its tenants by investing in five new roles.
To support the families, older people and people with additional support needs living in its 1,300 properties, the housing association has restructured its team to become even more customer-focused.
Fiona Evans has been named Head of Corporate Services a new role at WHA and one of the housing association’s apprentices, Jodie Williams, also takes up the new position of performance and policy officer.
Former independent living co-ordinator Bernie Hubble has now taken on the new role of customer voice officer, focusing on engagement with the housing association’s customers.
And Jonathan Sutcliffe recently joined WHA as a communications and marketing apprentice, alongside another new appointment, Mark Siviter, who takes on the new role of compliance officer.
Fiona Evans, Head of Corporate Services, added: “These new positions reflect our respect for our tenants, and show our commitment to growth and development for the organisation after this unprecedented year.
“Our commitment to our customers as an early adopter of the National Housing Federation’s Together with Tenants Charter has never been stronger. Together with Tenants is about developing strong relationships between residents and housing associations over the long-term and we are continually challenging ourselves to put our residents at the heart of what we do every day. These five new appointments demonstrate that commitment and we are looking forward to the year ahead as we slowly start to emerge from the pandemic, for a new and better future for tenants and colleagues.”
