Weekly service update to customers

In response to the Government’s announcement on 10th May, we will be implementing the next phase, which consists of:

Some activities commencing over the next week or so, such as landscaping window cleaning, increasing the delivery of our adaptations provision – this will however, be a very slow return to service.

We will also start to get construction back on track with our contractors starting to return to site.

We are aiming to get ready to start allocating properties again from the 1st June (subject to further guidance from Government)

Reminder: No repair work will be carried out in a household which is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms or where an individual has been advised to shield – unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household.
