We are slowly resuming ‘new normal’ services in June

We ask that you remain patient as we continue to adapt our ways of working to endeavour to keep our customers, colleagues, contractors and the general public safe and well.

Our colleagues continue to work from home, only going to schemes to carry out certain activities in communal areas, such as inspections.

Our Office Reception in the Gateway is currently closed the public and Face to Face meetings will continue to take place virtually by telephone, face time or zoom.

Repairs

We continue to carry out all essential repairs, gas servicing and statutory servicing and inspections.

We have resumed repairing our empty general needs properties ready to let.

We are carrying out routine repairs previously reported to clear our backlog and will let residents know when we are taking new routine repairs later in June.

We are recommencing our electrical safety inspections.

Tenancy Support

Please contact us if you are worried about your tenancy or making rent payments.  We continue to offer support , advice and signposting by email, text, phone and WhatsApp

Rent Payments

Residents can continue to pay their rent via Direct Debit, Allpay, Standing Order or Card Payment.

Allocations/ Lettings

We are allocating and letting general needs properties once ready.

Interviews, Viewings, Sign Ups and Key Collection will be virtual by telephone, zoom or face-time or by exception carried out in accordance with social distancing guidelines.

Ending a Tenancy

Please contact us by email or telephone to give us notice and we will arrange for a virtual inspections and for you to drop off the keys.

Estate Services

We continue to clean communal areas, paying attention to heavy traffic areas and have resumed gardening and window cleaning.

Planned Investment

We are reviewing our programme and will be in touch with residents.

We will continue to review the way we offer services and provide updates when things change.
