The team at WHA are delighted to have had the privilege of converting an unused Coach House, which dates back to the 1880s, into a stunning two-bedroom property earlier this year.
The new tenants – mum Tracey Thompson and her daughter Holly – are absolutely delighted to have been offered the property – especially as the area holds a lot of memories for the family.
She said: “It is absolutely stunning! When I got a call to say a property had become available – I was not expecting anything like the Coach House – I feel really blessed. It is gorgeous. I love the round window – which highlights that it is a coach house. The upstairs particularly has the wow factor.
“What makes it extra special is that I remember this area well from when I was younger as my grandma used to live in the adjacent Brook House building – the land was filled with an orchard with plums.
The staff at WHA have been amazing right from day one, the information that was provided and the communications were brilliant. We could not be happier.”
The building was originally the old Coach House at Brook House and more recently was an unused meeting room for residents. The conversion has created two-bedroom, four-person house – with every effort made to try and retain some of the original features of the building.
