WHA is delighted to welcome a new team member to our newly formed customer services department.
Aniko Hegyiova has been with the team for a few months now in the newly created role of Senior Customer Services Advisor.
The role was set up to lead the new Customer Services team that has seen eight members of staff from customer support, reception, maintenance and housing come together to provide a seamless customer service for our residents.
Aniko said: “There has been a lot to learn for all of us over the past few months, as it is a new team – but it has been great getting to know everyone – they are a great team!
“A lot of my work initially has been around training the new team. I love working in customer services – and although this is my first role in the housing sector – the skills from my previous customer services roles are very transferable.
“What I have learnt, is that WHA is very focused on its residents, they are a caring team and want to do good for the individuals we work with but also the community as a whole.
“I am very much looking forward to further progression with the team and getting to know our residents more.”
