Lynn Woodger, Customer Service Advisor, started working for Warrington Housing Association in 2002 and has been an important part of the team ever since.
With her she brought a wealth of knowledge and invaluable life experience including running her own very successful hotel and working in a GP surgery.
Lynn has now been with us for 19.5 years and has always been an amazing team member.
She said: “The part of my job I have most enjoyed is speaking to and helping customers. I started as a receptionist at WHA and always loved greeting customers. My favourite memories will be all of the fantastic colleagues I worked alongside, and I will miss them and the customers.
“But I am going to enjoy spending more time with my husband Barry, doing more swimming and also volunteering at Warrington Foodbank. Championing the foodbank and raising money for them while at WHA is one of my proudest achievements.”
Our loss is the foodbank’s gain – Lynn has been a fantastic advocate for their work during her time at WHA, spearheading campaigns and fundraising activities that has raised thousands of pounds and seen a huge amount of donations.
Niki Stockton, Executive Director of Operations at WHA, added: “Lynn has worked for the organisation for a very long time and has championed the ongoing changes and improvements Warrington Housing Association has made along the way to ensure we continue to offer an excellent customer service. She has always been enthusiastic and focused on WHA’s values and getting things right first time for our customers. Not only that, but Lynn’s commitment to customers and her loyalty to the organisation is something she has always passed onto new starters.”
We wish Lynn all the best as she moves into this new phase of her life.
