From 2 December Warrington is now in High Alert under the new tiers that the government has introduced.
Warrington Housing Association is continuing to provide as many services to customers as possible in a safe way, following all of the guidance.

Service Specific updates
Customer Support Service & Housing Department
We are increasing our focus on income collection and support and both teams will continue to support those affected by the impact of COVID-19 to access increased financial advice and wellbeing support, whilst encouraging those who are not affected to continue to make appropriate rent payments and stay out of arrears.
Our teams work closely with a range of local providers who are available and keen to help anyone facing hardship, particularly at this time of year.

Repairs and Gas Servicing/ Breakdowns
We will be continuing to provide our services to all of our customers, with our trusted contractors practising social distancing and using the necessary PPE.

Works will carry on in void properties as usual, with our contractors following safe practices, so that we are able to offer any available properties to those customers on our housing waiting list.
