Warrington Housing Association is piloting a new IT system to help tenants struggling to pay their rent and reduce admin for its staff.
It has invested in RentSense software from Mobysoft to help address issues with debt for tenants, so WHA can support them before they get into too much trouble.
Using algorithms and predictive technology, it is hoped the system will greatly reduce housing officers’ caseload admin enabling them to focus on other tasks.
Niki Stockton, director of operations at Warrington Housing Association, said: “Mobysoft has 10 years of understanding customer behaviour.
“I predict it will increase job satisfaction for our staff. We are bringing in this more efficient system to free up officers so they have time to get out and about and actually talk to tenants.
“It is just the first step in WHA’s investment in more user-friendly IT over the next 18 months.”
The new software went live on 30th April in the WHA offices with staff training, implementation and chocolate cake!
